Getting back on track Sunday

imageWhen people decide to start a diet they say I will start on Monday or Sunday. I HATE the word diet. It’s a lifestyle change. You have to make a decision in your head that you want a change. The first 3 words of diet are die and if you continue doing flip flip diets that’s what your doing to yourself.

 

This sunday lets plan our meals for the week. Just like we plan out our clothes let’s plan our life.

Some tips

1. No eating after 7:00pm and if you must only veggies and protein.

2. Eat every 3-4 hours think of your body like a fire you want to keep burning. Your not going to put big logs in your fire. You put little pieces of sticks.

3. Drink your body weight in ounces of water a day.

4.  Exercise most days of the week which is 4-5 days for at least 30-45 minutes.

5.  Find a fitness buddy to help you stay accountable.
